Roger Clemens Makes Successful Return Debut to Baseball
After last pitching for the New York Yankees in 2007. Roger Clemens starts his return to baseball and possibly the Major Leagues, with a successful outing with the Independent League's Sugar Land Skeeters.
Clemens reached 88mph on the radar gun. His final line was 3.1ip 1h 0er 0bb 2k 37 pitches with 24 of them for strikes.

Roger was taken out in the top of the 4th after recording an out to a standing ovation. Most are speculating this is an attempt for Clemens to return to the Majors in hopes of pushing his Hall of Fame eligibility another 5 years. He is eligible at the end of this year. Other notable players eligible this year are Barry Bonds and Sammy Sosa.
